Time management was always something fairly easy for me. I was one of those people who wakes up ready to GO! All I needed was 20 minutes from awake to leaving for school, work, whatever.
And then I had children. It was still easy for me to get going, but sleep was harder to come by. And I had to get the children going. When it was just one child, I only needed another 10 minutes to get him ready, partly because we both ate breakfast at the same time. Then came child #2 and child #3.
As the schedule got busier, I had more places to go, because they had places to go, and time management skills were needed to get everyone where they needed to be on time. I managed to get there, usually 10 minutes early, thanks to my color coding system (here).
Now, I believe everyone can learn to use time management skills, even if they are not naturally inclined to do so. It just takes commitment and... well, time management. The first step is planning.
